Process and Procedures-Nail these down

Think of all the things you do every day and every week (month, quarter, year). 

Imagine that you want to sell your company.

The first thing the potential buyer will want to know is how many of those processes are well-defined and don’t need your hand on the tiller to get them done?

How awesome will it feel to say, we have those written out and I haven’t had to be involved in making those happen for a long time.

Your systems should support that and your very next move is to start thinking about every process as something you need to write out so you can hand it off.
